     Note: By agreement with the Winchester Municipal Utilities, ALL water taken from city sources MUST pay $10 fee or your water will be shut off immediately. Add $10 water fee into total check amount.

The Festival Committee will provide power to approved vendors for food-producing appliances only. Power will not be provided for comfort items such as fans, TVs, etc.

Generators are not allowed at College Park.

*** If your unit/equipment/supplies take up additional space, an additional space charge will be required. EXAMPLE: One electrical space (w/ electric hook-up) larger than the standard size (10 x 20) will be charged for 1 electrical space and 1 non-electrical space. Think about the amount of space needed… be specific!
